Last month [Feb, 2020] I was asked to prepare and present an online presentation to the coaching staff at Surf Simply, a high-end Surf Camp in Costa Rica. The 2 hour presentation was my take on “Training Established Surfers”, and the presentation was broken into the two key tasks that this entails. Namely – “Assessing A Surfer’s Performance”, and the methods and techniques surf coaches can use to “Train Established Surfers”. And when I say “established”, I mean surfers past the beginner stage of the sport.
